Scenic Valley Climb Along Skredderdalen
We meet in the city center and take a short local bus ride to Mulen, where our trail begins. We follow the rushing river through Skredderdalen valley, hiking up a lush, tree-covered path away from the busy tourist roads.
Traditional Cinnamon Bun & Coffee at Åsebu
Near the top of the trail, we stop at the quiet mountain shelter of Åsebu. Here, we enjoy a well-deserved break with a fersk Skillingsbolle—Bergen’s famous traditional cinnamon bun—from a local bakery, served alongside hot, freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Panoramas at Fløyen Viewpoint
After our break, we walk along the gentle ridge toward the iconic Fløyen Viewpoint. Your guide will point out historic landmarks, share local lore, and help you get the best photos of Bergen, the harbor, and the surrounding fjords.
Flexible Finish
The guided portion ends at Fløyen. You can choose to relax at the historic Fløien Restaurant for an optional cocktail or mocktail (as recommended by The New York Times), explore the mountain plateau, or take the famous Fløibanen funicular back down to the city at your own pace.
